Memory 18
Memory: ☇ Working with Bekku to stop the fire (Ch. 2) [ SIGNIFICANT - POSITIVE ]
Game: 81; Kiriko
Form:These memories come in small wooden boxes in your team colors. Opening the lid will show you the memory. They are shareable and unlimited. [ UNSHARED ]
from here to the end of the chapter
What happens:
- Banjou is in Shinjuku trying to prevent a prediction; BIG FIRE THAT DESTROYS A LOT
- except his photograph is working from is kinda destroyed (THX BEKKU)
- he runs into Bekku; BEKKU CAN SEE THE FUTURE TOO. SOMEHOW.
- her predictions are better than his!!
- together they figure out the cause and the time of the explosion (steel rod falling from a crane and hitting a oil tank at 5:45)
- HEY I KNOCKED OUT A CONSTRUCTION WORKER
- except he has to climb the building next door and jump the 7 meter gap
- Bekku steps up to make the jump, but can't do it
- "That's why I said I'll take the risks"
- JUST BARELY SAVED
- in the end, he punches out the crane operator and moves the crane away from the street so there is no danger anymore
- PARTY WITH THE WORKERS
What this means:
- breaking predictions > school
- Explains to him how he and Bekku start working together
- MAN HE DOES SOME AWESOMELY STUPID STUFF
- dokidoki for Bekku
This memory really builds up a previous memory of Banjou's, in which he failed a year of school due to his constant absences, that he prioritizes breaking predictions over everything else. He does whatever needs to in order to save lives, including assaulting people. This memory really gives Raccoon more reason to knock out Coral if that means saving them from harm. At the same time, this memory also makes Raccoon treat teamwork as being more important, so he'll also be more willing to work with Coral in those more dangerous games, but in the end, saving Coral (and all the teams really, but Coral is most important) will be his primary goal. Also Raccoon does start understanding why he has a crush on Bekku. ._. Bekku-saaaaaaaaan
